USA SHIPPING

After your payment is verified, it takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please refer to the chart below for rates/times.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all international orders over $50!

You will receive your order anywhere from 14-20 business days from the date that it is shipped out (if you choose free shipping), not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn’t include weekends or holidays. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your purchase is made (excluding weekends). Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking details to update.

CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES, & FEES

Our free shipping options are sent by the USPS and are eventually placed into your country’s local postal stream. All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. There is a slight chance that you will not get charged VAT or duties, however, if you do get charged, we cannot be responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money. The funds go exclusively to your own government. The last thing we would want is for our customers to be charged extra, as this would be detrimental to our sales. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.

Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.

AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, SOUTH AMERICA, ISLANDS

If you choose free shipping and are from any of these countries, please don’t be surprised if your package takes longer than 20 days to arrive. USPS gives rough estimates for delivery times, but adding customs delays and other unexpected events can increase the shipping time. If you need the fidget spinner for a certain occasion, we suggest you choose express shipping to ensure that your package arrives in a timely manner.

SOME ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPING WITH DHL OR UPS

Even if you’ve selected FREE standard shipping.

Depending on tracking availability and whether your country cooperates with the USPS, we may ship your order by DHL/UPS by default (even if you choose free shipping). Any country except the following may receive DHL/UPS shipping by default: Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.

US & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We offer FREE returns on all orders over $50 USD!

Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all domestic and international orders over $50 USD. Please contact Customer Support to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

For international returns under $50 USD, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
